Social Media Users would like alerts about dnbradio events so they do not miss live shows

Need to automate the creation of daily/weekly/etc posts to social media to keep our audience informed.

Types of posts:

• Live dj notification
• Daily post announcing today's lineup
• New dj's added to schedule
• Periodic links to our Discord / IRC / live streaming url's

Requirements:

• automatically make posts to our Buffer account (https://buffer.com)
• posts will be loaded from a external datasource (google sheet)
• maximum 30 posts (use Buffer API to know how many posts are currently in the queue)
• posts shall be in draft mode by default (for now)
• examples posts:
  • Today's lineup includes: (list) - (link) #drumandbass #jungle
  • (dj_name) has gone live on Twitch! - (link) #dnb #jungle
  • Podcast Update: (title) is now available on our RSS feed! (link) #hashtags

Implementation:

• Implement this as a Laravel command.
• Use a placeholder CSV as the datasource (for now).
• Utilize the Buffer API. https://buffer.com/developers/api (key will be provided)
• First implementation will post to Twitter (via Buffer queue)
• Future implementation will include Instagram, Facebook, and others
