[Cleanup] file_statistics table needs cleanup #8

Planned maintenance: Remove garbage entries from failed_statistics table.. Found about 30k very old logs entries from people attempting SQL injection attacks in the past. As I move this data into the new production db, I am scrubbing the data first.
