Popped out Chat window closes if sidebar tabs are changed from Chat to any others #22

I suspect the Material Tab bits just delete the Chat children when it looses focus. Not sure the nicest way to deal with this, really the Chat needs to exist out of the tabs, OR alternatively see if you can make the tabs either not remove children out of focus OR allow us to specify a child component that is mounted elsewhere (or something, I don't know I'm tired)

This is no longer relevant as the chat is no longer in tabs and the sidebar no-longer exists
