Add a way to change PC and NPC image on the character sheet

Now that the Char sheets popout by default, the drag drop functionality for images doesn't work anymore.

Some kind of searchable dropdown that shows when you click on the image would probably suffice for now to allow changing the image for assets.

Disregard the colours in my mockup ;)
