Support Multiple maps

This shouldn't be too hard:

• Add a new map collection object to the data store
• Store the current map (somewhere in the data store, a general child obj maybe)
• Add a dropdown selector (only visible to DM) to select current map
• Change all the backend bits that reference testMap to instead reference the current map within a map collection

This should in theory mostly just work then.
