Pasokon modes #6

I have added the high-resolution Pasokon modes and tested them against HamRadio and MMSSTV (via loudspeaker on one computer and microphone of a second computer). It appeared to be fine. The specification is taken from http://www.nairam.sk/sstv_modes.txt

I tested it with slowrx, worked great, so I released 0.2.5 https://github.com/dnet/pySSTV/releases/tag/v0.2.5
