suggestion about the joomla logo in the low part of the footer #15

In the low part of the footer appear: "Joomla Logo 2005 - 2016 Open Source Matters, Inc. All Rights Reserved"

when i do "mouse hover" on the Joomla! Logo appears the image title:

"Joomla! Frontpage"

what about "Joomla.org" instead of "Joomla! Frontpage"?
