Generacion de UI no se hace bien para INTERVAL_EVENT #70

En la UI faltan algunos campos: width, mathFunction, sampleCount

MathFunction se muestra porque es DvCodedText pero no se encuentran los 
términos para mostrar, por ejemplo en blood pressure openehr 146:

INTERVAL_EVENT[at1042] occurrences matches {0..1} matches { -- 24 hour average 
    math_function matches {
        DV_CODED_TEXT matches {
            defining_code matches {[openehr::146]}
