Anchor Scrolling #4

Is there a way to do anchor scrolling with links? For example, say there is a markdown file glossary.md with a long list of terms & definitions. At the top I'd like to place a set of links to the term further down the page.

at the top would correspond to

###User

further down the document.

I looked into this a bit ago but currently this isn’t possible.
