Can anyone post a diagrammatic view of our project? It would help have a clear picture in mind and just so we are on the same page. I am working on one; will post it as soon as possible.

So the project is broken down into 2 processes and we can go one by one starting from the first one. Will create an issue thread on process one, where discussions regarding 1st Process and its issues could be posted. Thanks.
