remove illegal fireworks #176

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some player on my server created fireworks with hundreds of effects, and they kill players instantly.

Describe the solution you'd like Limit the number of effects on fireworks to a vanilla amount.

Describe alternatives you've considered Spent quite a while looking for a plugin to do this, and a plugin to disable firework damage.

So there is a protection for this but to my knowledge it was only a problem in MC 1.13. If you are using 1.13 you can see the wiki for the protection here: -> https://github.com/dniym/IllegalStack/wiki/PreventExcessiveFireworkExploit

if this is happening on a different version please respond and let me know what version you are using. If you're using a version other than 1.13 enabling the protection won't do anything.
