Sitemap Settings is not displaying the settings correctly for Enabled and Priority

Description of bug

Sitemap Settings is not displaying the settings correctly for Enabled and Priority. Enabled icon is not displayed in regardless the provider is enabled or disabled. Priority is showing 0 for both 0 priority and "None" priority (not override).

Steps to reproduce

List the steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as Superuser
2. Navigate to SEO -->Sitemap Settings Tab
3. Click the pencil icon on the coreSitemapprovider 3, Toggle the switch to the 'on' position
4. Choose "None" for priority
5. Click Save
6. Observe the result
