Module Favorites not working as expected #2821

Description of bug

When you click the Add Module Icon, you get a pop-up. Here you can click the ribbon on the top left to add a module to your "favorites". I noticed that when you have some in your favorites, exit the pop-up and try to add a new one, all is reset. So your previous selection is lost.

Steps to reproduce

List the steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "Add Module" in the bottom bar
  2. Click on the ribbon of a module (A) to add to favorites
  3. Close the dialog
  4. Refresh the page
  5. Go to "Add Module" in the bottom bar
  6. Click on the ribbon of another module (B) to add to favorites
  7. Refresh the page

Current result

You will now see that Module A is not longer marked as a favorites, while it should be.

Expected result

Module A and B should be marked as a Favorite

I was able to reproduce in 9.4.0 RC

Still an issue in 9.6.2
