Suppose we got an old tv show to look. Either:

download the complete season if available or
download 2 episodes at a time in order to not make extra potential useless download if the tv show is not liked after all.

make an option in the config file and in flags for that choice ?
in order to download the complete season, we must know if it is complete. So use shows/display with the show id and look under season_details.

Left to do: make an option in the config file and in flags for the choice to download 2 episodes (the 2 first unseen episodes) at a time only at first.
