Chinese Version of index.md #114

I translated index.md into Chinese Version index-zh-CN.md. I also translate 2020_checker.yml with a cn entry.

@songlinjian Hello. It was brought to my attention that Chinese version now contains more text than the English one. Please submit additional text to the English version as well, we do not want different content in different versions - it might easily cause confusion.
