Update index.md with correct Juniper SRX information #54

Updated Juniper SRX information. You don't have to disable the ALG, you can just set doctoring to none Also, newer versions support EDNS without modifying the ALG. Those versions are: 12.3X48-D80 15.1X49-D160 17.4R3 18.1R3 18.2R2 18.3R1 and newer

Will update text with a link instead when a public KB has been published.

Hi @craigdods! Could you replace particular version numbers with a link to web which lists this information? We are trying to get people to source of the information instead of copying it here.

Hello, totally agree, but the KB article isn't live yet :( I was planning on submitting another patch with the correct URL once it's available.

Happy to remove the versions if you'd like. I know the patch is a bit...verbose

Okay, in that case I suggest to go with simple "disable doctoring" advice and update the site with link once the KB article is available publicly.
