make the auth emails pretty #82

Right now the emails that are sent out at auth are very plain with just text and a link. It would be great to add some color and styling and make them look like they're part of Level 10.

It could be great to try out an email framework. MJML seems to be very popular, but Maizzle could be even better since it uses TailwindCSS just like Level 10 does.
