crouton hungs when lunching X on background using -b #463

Hi! I found that between October and a few days ago introduced a regression when lunching 'starte17' script on background using -b parameter.

This issue appears to start bootstrapping crouton magic, but ends just one or two seconds after and leaves no processes running, above from ratpoison, with no error messages nor problem.

If otherwise, crouton is not to be started with the -b parameter, everything keeps working as expected.

It seems I forgot to run -u -d :-/

Happily, after upgrading to latest master version it seems to have solved this problem!
