Please describe your issue:

My Yubikey is not working, works fine on other devices. A website will open the popup, I insert my key and tap the top, the popup goes away... and nothing happens.

(yes, i am aware this is probably a duplicate of another thread, but it was from 2014 and I didn't think I should wake it up. maybe i was wrong.)

I've had the same problem. Myguess is that it is a virtual machine issue. I had a big issue in crouton, so I switched over to crostini and same issue. These days I don't run virtual machines other than crostini (and crouton in the past), so I can't verify that's the issue with yubikeys not responding.
