Certain boards don't allow sounds anymore. #55

First of all: -I'm using chrome, latest -using version 5.0.4 of the extension -no extensions but this, 4chanX, and adblock -tested with adblock off

Sounds don't work on /v/ any more. Suspiciously, they work on other boards like /co/.

Just tested on /v/ and /co/, and it runs.

Are you using a different version of 4chan-x? When you say "it doesn't run," I assume this means that the "sounds" links don't appear. It is probably still running, and 4chan-x might be eating the links, which is annoying.

Also, I've noticed that Chrome has been becoming less and less friendly with userscripts in many ways, which is a pain in the ass to deal with.

I'll try and get some better Chrome compatibility soon.

I'm using 4chan-x 3.19.3.(most recent version) The sound link is there, but when you click on an image with sound it doesn't load into the player.

PS: I found that when uploading images with embedded video(videncode), /v/ outright refuses to upload the image saying it has an embedded file. Other boards will take it though.

It might be 4chanx's fault though, seeing we both have different versions.

Hmm, I'll go through and test to see if sound/video images still work sometime.

The video image embedded file error may be due to the image resolution being too small. Try upscaling the base image and adding the video to that.
