adding streamlink to the image

how can i get pip installed in the image so that i can install streamlink in the same container like how im using streamlink in windows by changing the vlc path to my streamlink bin and have changed the vlc options to use streamlink options inorder to use a pluto tv script through streamlink through xteve?
