No DNS_OPCODE_NOTIFY? #8

Is it intentional that the define for it is missing?

Most likely it's not there because it is not implemented in the library.

"It" from my previous comment being NOTIFY functionality.

Closing as NOTIFY is not supported by the library at this time. PRs are welcome.
