This is a clean up of the erldns codebase, especially the zone cache and the resolving logic.

Backwards incompatible changes:

• Removes zone delegates

Enhancements

• Add additional typespecs
• Reduce number of functions in resolver for better clarity in behavior
• Start erldns_server_sup under the erldns_sup supervisor, fixes #35
