Prefetch zone records when flag is set #51

This pull request adds the flag and cache to prefetch zone records if needed (some of our larger customers have reported issues with the rate limits related to zone records).

@ecomba is this feature/option documented anywhere? Have you planned to reach out some of the contacts that reported the issue, and ask them to confirm this solves the issue?
