Capitalization and Wording changes #22

Changes the Word of blocklistproject to The Block List Project and many more changes. Some might be needing a change after that I didn’t change now but right now they look fine. It’s just a matter if it looks out of place on the website. Let me know if I need to change anything. Im open to anything
