Add nextdns disguised third party trackers list

Tiny list but one that is available in the nextdns config and I think it could be useful here even though adguard cname tracker is likely to have some of these entries at least

Not sure what I did wrong in the insertion process of the blocklist that made the check fail

There’s also a disclaimer in the blocklist saying “for this blocklist to work, the blocking logic must wildcard match”. That’s not all the disclaimer says but yeah

Closing this. That list requires different kind of logic to make it work. Adguard cname trackers list is the drop in replacement for that list.
