prometheus Service discovery target labels dropped #4

Successfully was able to create the monitoring stack, but most of the Service Discovery target labels are dropped.

Service Discovery alertmanager (0/1073 active targets) apiserver (0/1073 active targets) cadvisor (21/21 active targets) kube-state-metrics (0/823 active targets) kubelet (21/21 active targets) kubernetes-pods (11/1010 active targets) kubernetes-service-endpoints (824/864 active targets) kubernetes-services (5/823 active targets) node-exporter (0/1018 active targets) prometheus (0/1018 active targets)

How to make sure that all the target labels are active?
