Dashboards broken on DOKS 1.16 #6

On DOKS 1.16 this Quickstart does not work as expected. DigitalOcean Kubernetes 1.14 & 1.15 are unaffected.

Many dashboards report incorrect data and/or don't report data at all. Some work towards a fix is in the 1.16_fix branch. Most of the work here was regenerating dashboards etc. using kubernetes-mixin, however this does not solve the issue. I suspect the issue lies within the Prometheus config.

For now, using the DigitalOcean Kubernetes monitoring stack Marketplace Solution or prometheus-operator/prometheus-operator helm chart is recommended.
