Fix GitHub Pages #8

Added a workflow, but something is still misconfigured. @lizozom do you have more experience with actions and an idea how to fix this?

I was trying to fix a non-existing bug while testing different actions. Simply did not delete my browser cache so I always thought the CSS was missing. Working now.
