1.7 hsCART outperforms CART (LBS)

We next compare the performance of HS to that of leaf-based shrinkage (LBS), which is used in XGBoost. Fig 4C shows that hsCART tends to outperform CART (LBS), when repeating the same experiments as in Fig 4A); re- gression results are pushed to Appendix S4.3 due to space constraints.
