Heal prediction for HoTs gone with latest update #54

Azilroka removed the github repo for LibHealComm-4.0 because Blizzard is implementing Heal Prediction. But turns out there are some issues with Blizzard's implementation: https://github.com/Stanzilla/WoWUIBugs/issues/163

Not sure if the issue is related to this but I think heal prediction for HoTs is very useful.

Hopefully it is possible to revert this change until the issue is addressed.

Well considering healing for casts where broken due to libhealcomm not being updated, just reverting wont fix everything either. According to that issue blizzard has acknowledged the issue(~15 days ago), I think maybe its best we just wait, as currently neither solutions are 100%. I go one way and one persons gonna say x broke I got the other way someone is gonna say y broke.

the author of elvui handled this issue by re-enabling libhealcomm4.0 just for the hots until blizz fixes it. i don't have the link but it's on elvui's issues page
