WIFI not working on IOS 4 after restore from R12 partition #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install iphodroid r12 that uses partition for ios4
2. Restore phone normally with ios4 general release
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Phone acted as if it restored normally but now wifi does not work.  It searches 
and searches but can not find access point even if in front of router. Also 
after restore file capacity of iphone in itunes is 6.90 GB.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

R12 with partition on Mac OSX on iphone 3g ios4
Please provide any additional information below.
i have tried restoring my phone in DFU mode and regular restore no luck.  Also 
tried downgrading to 3.1.3 no luck.  Back on ios 4 now jailbroken with redsnow 
trying to find a fix.

If your touch screen work and everything work but not your wifi then try to go 
to "Dev App" and turn on the "Wifi Radio" in there then run the "wifi scan" in 
your "Setting" again. Let me know if it works.

When you say Dev App, what do you mean?  Is this inside IOS4.  I have already 
uninstalled iphodroid and openiboot.
