Multiple problems #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install iphodroid (i tried r12 & r12d with same results)
2. select android on the openiboot menu
3. attempt to use android

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
after 13 revisions, i expect it to work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone 3G 3.1.2 (jailbroken with blackra1n then used spirit to install cydia)

Please provide any additional information below.
when loading the linux kernel, it mentions missing zephyr2_cal.bin, 
zephyr_main.bin, zephyr2_proxcal.bin, zephyr2.bin, & zephyr_aspeed.bin
on the lockscreen, i was unable to use the slider to unlock. so i pressed the 
menu button. it prompted me for a PIN code. i was unable to turn it off because 
i couldnt unlock it, so i had to wait for the battey to run out, then restore 
with iTunes. i repeated this for both of the aforementioned revisions of 
iphodroid.

PLEASE MAKE IT INSTALL THE ZEPHYR FILES SO I CAN USE MY TOUCHSCREEN!

btw, the sound and vibrator work on r12d. keep up the good work. i anxiously 
await the next revision with touch support.
(i know you cant legally distribute the zephyr files, but you could make a 
program to extract them from the prebuilt .imgs)

OK GUYS READ ALL YOUR MESSAGES AND I SPENT ALL NIGHT LAST NIGHT TRYING TO FIX 
THIS TOUCHSCREEN PROBLEM!!! AND I DID IT. FOLLOW MY STEPS CAREFULLY. 
nathanielmalone632 and wilsonbnguyen ARE PARTIALLY RIGHT BUT THERE ARE A FEW 
IMPORTANT FILES/STEPS YOU NEED.

1)JAILBREAK YOUR IPHONE USING EITHER REDSN0W,PWNTOOL 
2)OPEN CYDIA AND CHOOSE THE "HACKER" OPTION AND DO A "COMPLETE UPGRADE"
3)DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL "OPENSSH" AND "MIDNIGHT COMMANDER" THEN MAKE SURE YOUR 
CYDIA IS UPDATED.ESPECIALLY "CORE UTILITIES"
4)ONCE U ALL DONE UPGRADING CYDIA AND INSTALLING THOSE 2 PACKAGES, U NEED TO 
GET A FEW FILES.
1ST GO TO http://www.macroplant.com/iphoneexplorer/ AND GET "IPHONE EXPLORER"
GO TO  http://www.megaupload.com/?d=MGY3NY74 AND DOWNLOAD THE "FROYO IMAGES" TO 
YOUR DESKTOP  
download a program called "RECBOOT" that will save u time entering and exiting 
recovery mode
Set your iPhone’s auto-lock to “Never” for now.
SSH to your iPhone using "iphone explorer" and navigate to your root folder
Copy all the files from the "froyo images" folder to /private/var 
Copy all of the files from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=WYIIVJKB to a new 
folder called “firmware”

Now run "iphodroid" and pay close attention to steps 3 and 4 making sure that 
it finds the images and files and just follow the iphodroid instructions 
when you're done with everything the first time you have to run the option 
"INSTALL" at the iphone boot screen and when you're done with that just select 
FROYO and enjoy a fully functional ANDROID on your iphone with sounds and wifi 
enabled. enjoy guys. if you need help or are unclear on anything here just let 
me know. richard
