BSOD #269

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When Peerblock stops detecting and stopping ip addresses and I either
turn peerblock off(exit)
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Exit out of peerblock. Instead, I receive a BSOD every time. 3 times this
week because of the bugs in peerblock.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
Stable release on windows vista 32-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

I will be using the beta release and notify if my problem has been solved.
Still an awesome program. :D

Does it still happen with the latest beta (r404)?

I've been using the Beta ever since I posted this. Had a few major problems 
surface a few weeks ago but that's for another report but I've resolved it 
somehow so everything is running great. ^^
