1 Ошибка. Самопроизвольное уничтожение 
данных(части данных)  и 
2 Ошибка вызванная видимо ошибкой 1. 
Блокировка сетей не прописанных в
правила - автоматическое добавление в 
конец списка 255.255.255.255 ... 

Ошибка происходит когда "к PeerBlock слишком 
много запросов (где-то 8-10
запросов с одного айпи/IP в секунду) 
заблокированных" (включая обращения
заблокированных по подпискам) и "в этот 
момент в "свой список правил"
добавить новое правило".. В моем случае при 
ошибке были потерты все сети
следующие после 83 >> (84.0.0.0-255.255.255.255) а у моего 
провайдера шлюз
доступа к глобальной сети интернет как-раз 
в тех потертых правилах и
получилось что у меня был на какое-то время 
отрублен интернет.. ;)

Моё решение проблемы:
1. Проверить свой список и если обнаружится 
что-то вроде
84.0.0.0-255.255.255.255 изменить просто на 
84.0.0.0-84.255.255.255 ..
2. удалить cache.p2b ..
3. Перезагрузить peerblock ..

If anyone speaks Russian, could you please translate that? Babelfish and the 
sort
don't make nearly intelligible translations for that. The team can't really 
figure it
out since none of us can understand the language.

The error occurs when "to PeerBlock too many inquiries (somewhere 8-10
Inquiries from one Ip in a second) blocked "(including references
Blocked on subscriptions) and "during this moment in" the list corrected"
To add a new rule ". In my case at an error all networks have been erased
The following after 83>> (84.0.0.0-255.255.255.255) and at my provider a sluice
Access to a global network the Internet as-time in those shabby rules and
It has turned out that at me the Internet for some time has been chopped off. 
;) 

My decision of a problem:
1. To check up the list and if something is found out like
84.0.0.0-255.255.255.255 to change simply on 84.0.0.0-84.255.255.255.
2. To remove cache.p2b.
3. To reboot peerblock.
