PeerBlock installer mis-detected computer's OS #303

According to one user with Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, PeerBlock r320
installer mis-detected the OS and installed Windows XP 32-bit variant.
Apparently, the user also experiences same issues with many non-PeerBlock
related apps where they misunderstood the OS as Windows XP.

This may not be PeerBlock related issue, but I felt it is a good idea to
mention about this here.
