Restore previous window position on restart #327

On Windows login the Peerblock window always appears dead bang in the middle of 
the primary screen maximised over the desktop and I always have to move it over 
to the other screen out the way. I can't seem to find a way around this.

64bit XP, dual screen 1920x1200 main and 1650x1050 secondary to the left.
