Startup Wizard typo #332

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install PeerBlock - I encountered the problem after a fresh install.
2. Get to the last page of the installer "Completing the PeerBlock Startup 
Wizard".
3. Read the Recommendation section.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There's a typo in the Recommendation block at the bottom of the final page of 
the Startup Wizard; it says "... get acquainted with the subtilties ..." which 
should instead read "... get acquainted with the subtleties ...".

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
v1.0.0-r181
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
