Support username/password for proxy server authentication #74

Functionality issue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No boxes to type in a username and password when a proxy server is used.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
All versions affected

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

If possible, add this before releasing version 1?

Definitely a good option to have - I'm surprised the original was missing this, 
after
taking the effort to create some proxy settings in the first place.

It shouldn't be too difficult to implement at a basic level, but I make no 
promises
about getting it in prior to 1.0.  From my experience dealing with proxy-server
issues in our code at work, this can turn into a rats' nest pretty easily with 
some
of the corner-case type issues related to different proxy-servers, their
configurations, security policies, etc.

Instead of writing code for the whole proxy option in PB, how about letting it 
use
default internet explorer proxy settings? It must just let windows popup the
username/password dialog when it tries to update (hopefully with a "remember"
checkbox) if a username is required. 
An example of this is Google Chrome browser. It uses IE proxy settings and pops 
up a
window when username/password is required. 
Hope this is a good idea :)

Only, if you're not considering to run it on a European Windows 7 which comes 
without IE.. ;)

Well I'm guessing that "internet options" is still available in the E version?
Otherwise even Chrome's proxy settings won't work in Euro...

AFAIK, that's part of IE's settings (DLLs, respectively?) - so, no proxy 
settings in 
Chrome under Win 7 E..

Though, I appreciate that full lack of IE and at the same time, I regret that 
WMP is 
still included.. No one needs that bullshit since Firefox and MPC HC/The 
KMPlayer/VLC are around and it was about time to kick it out of Windows! 8)

We'll have to wait and see then! Hopefully there will be SOME proxy 
functionality left. 

PS: I'm new to KMPlayer and it has been working great for the past week :)

What we'll probably do is set it up such that you have an option to "use system
settings" or something which will make use of the same WinInet settings IE 
integrates
with (selected by default), and if you have it deselected you can enter your own
settings.  I personally appreciate the ability to be able to set up a different
proxy-server for different programs, since in the past I've used third-party
ad-blocking proxy-servers (like privoxy, or proximitron before it) to help with
ad-blocking in IE/Chrome/whatever.

I also prefer it as you've stated, but thought that if we could save on some
programming, we can implement it sooner :)

Sounds good, although I rather use Firefox' Adblock Plus-extension than a proxy-
server.. ;)
