Remove beta status and update details and links for Ionic Vue
Add 'Any platform' shortcuts and an Ionic Vue entry to UI Libraries section
Add notes about Capacitor and which build tool each project uses
Propose to move Ionic Vue above Framework 7 in Hybrid Apps list as it has already surpassed in npm downloads
A few other tiny stray fixes
