Remove ninety_wrapper mixin #206

We're no longer using this mixin for anything.

Must merge dobtco/screendoor-v2#2823 before merging this.

Are you sure we should remove it? I know we're not using it anywhere, but I think we could be using it here: https://github.com/dobtco/dvl-core/blob/1cf89f1604b0e4b846217d129b1d6368591ac208/spec/dummy/app/assets/stylesheets/preview.scss#L42-L46

I ask because it seems like the kind of thing that we'll end up re-implementing in all of our apps.
