Remove default padding on sidebar_nav #247

Unless there's a badge, there doesn't need to be this padding...

Also, remove default styles for icons so that we don't have to use overrides like https://github.com/dobtco/screendoor-v2/pull/3489/files#diff-efdd67c96ca74d8c736c5ca82bf47fa9R47.
