I don't think so.

"I want to schedule two interviews every 30 minutes" could mean that there are two 15-minute interviews.

Here are some alternatives! Links in bold:

1. I want to schedule 30-minute interviews, one at a time, with 10-minute breaks in between.
2. I want two interviews occurring at the same time. They should be 30 minutes long, with 10-minute breaks in between.
3. I want to schedule two interviews at the same time. They should be 30 minutes long, separated by 10-minute breaks.
