Allow sorting directly from column headings #130

In the CfA installation, I can’t sort by Vendor Name from the drop-down, it’d be nice to sort spreadsheet-style directly from the table headers.

What’s the deployment path from master to CfA? @dthompson?

I have commit for CfA's repo, but unfortunately the branches have diverged so much that we'll need to do a DB drop when we merge it in. the good news is that we added a bunch of hacky code before pushing out the current site, and most of those hacks have been replaced with proper features.

I was planning on re-deploying from scratch before we do Accelerator reviews, just waiting on word from @robotmongol
