Add physical address field to vendor profile

I am opening #150 to allow for easy insertion of all address fields in a form. (Instead of added them one-by-one.)

Sorry for the confusion. I meant adding the the physical address to the vendor profile, not a bid submission.

Since a business' name, email, phone number, and physical address are unlikely to change why not have the vendor add these things in their profile when they initially sign-up. Then they don't have to add their address every time they submit a bid. (This may change for companies with multiple offices, but I would guess a local office would set up their own account anyways)
