Give option to save output of httpRequest and runShell actions to file #160

Saving the outputs of httpRequest and runShell actions could simplify doc authoring by automatically saving the outputs of the actions to file, which could then be used as an include from the docs. This would streamline updating expected outputs similar to updating changes screenshots in UI applications.
