Remove "paginated" pages from sitemap.xml? #51

Contentking thinks our sitemap.xml is bad, apparently because we actually include our content pages (all of which are part of a book structure, thus fitting the description of being "paginated" pages. I think our book pages are being treated as paginated pages, because they include prev/next meta tags. However, those meta tags are apparently no longer evaluated by Google, as per https://www.holisticseo.digital/technical-seo/pagination/. So not sure if following this suggestion is a good idea.

Agency SB said we should keep those pages in the sitemap. Closing.
