Remove unneeded scroll down from Select product #9

On https://documentation.suse.com/ there is scroll down in section 1. Select product It's meant that both boxed (the other is 2. Select version) have equal hight, but IMHO the result is worse (scroll down isn't needed, it's better not to force people to scroll down).

Fix would be to remove height: 30rem; specification from div.ds-select-list in https://documentation.suse.com/docserv/res/style.css.

I made the box higher (40rem), so it still scrolls a little. I still need to fiddle with what to do here ultimately (especially concerning mobile). Making it higher than the effective viewport felt weird as well however.
