fix docker image tag in README to use existing tag #28

hm. this is a good one. Thanx for the PR. Where did you take the current tag from? We are already at 2.0.5 - I update it with each release in the docToolchain wrapper (https://github.com/docToolchain/doctoolchain.github.io/blob/master/dtcw#L12).

Maybe we should reference the wrapper in the readme? What do you think?

Took it from DockerHub which is linked at the start of the readme. But https://hub.docker.com/r/rdmueller/doctoolchain/tags should be the right link, where is actually the v2.0.5

Updated PR, maybe something like this?
