copied steps into Dockerfile with instruction in adoc tutorial2 #55

Hi,

here is my proposal how to add the steps from https://docs-as-co.de/getstarted/tutorial2 in a Dockerfile with instruction how to run.

I'm not quite familiar how you structure your docs. I did my best. If there are any structural issues, feel free to adjust them. There is a little mess with tutorial1 and tutorial2. I'm not sure in which I am.

Thank you very much! tutorial2 is fine. There seems to be a sligh problem with the formatting - I'll try to fix this in a minute...
